GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
1. General Provisions
These General Terms and Conditions of Business (hereinafter: the “Terms”) govern the use of the website www.nindri-indri.com, reservations, the purchase of gift vouchers, and the use of services of the Nindri Indri hotel (hereinafter: the “hotel” or the “provider”). The Terms form an integral part of every contract concluded between the hotel and the guest.
By using the website, submitting an inquiry, making a reservation, or using any hotel service, the guest confirms that they are familiar with these Terms, understand them, and agree to them.

3. Hotel Services
The hotel provides accommodation services in lodging units (lodges), food and beverage services, wellness services, organization of experiences and events, and other ancillary services published on the website or agreed individually.
The hotel reserves the right to change the content and scope of services without prior notice when required by organizational, technical, or safety reasons.
4. Reservations
4.1. Online Reservation System
Online reservations are made through the hotel’s own or third-party online reservation system.
The hotel is not liable for technical errors, system downtime, connection interruptions, incorrect price displays, or availability issues caused by third-party providers, maintenance, force majeure, or other circumstances beyond the hotel’s control.
In case of an obvious technical error, the hotel reserves the right to cancel or adjust the reservation and will immediately inform the guest.
A reservation is confirmed once the hotel sends written confirmation (email) or once the required payment or deposit has been made.
5. Prices
All prices are stated in euros (EUR) and include VAT unless explicitly stated otherwise. Tourist tax and other legally prescribed charges are billed in accordance with applicable legislation.
6. Payment Terms
Payment may be made by credit or debit card, bank transfer, online payment system, or cash where legally permitted.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize payment instruments.
7. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation conditions depend on the reservation type and are stated at the time of confirmation.
In case of late cancellation or no-show, the hotel may charge fees in accordance with the cancellation policy.
8. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM, check-out until 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed.
Late check-out or early check-in is possible only upon prior agreement and may incur additional charges.
9. Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash.
10. Wellness Services
Use of wellness services is subject to house rules and staff instructions.
- Children under 15 are not permitted to use saunas.
- Minors aged 16–18 may use saunas only when accompanied by an adult guardian.
11. Liability
The hotel is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, except as required by law.
12. Force Majeure
The hotel is not responsible for failure or delay due to force majeure events.
13. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted during the stay or within 8 days after departure.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content is protected and may not be used without written consent.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Slovenian law applies. Jurisdiction lies with competent courts in Slovenia.
