GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS
- General Provisions
These General Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern the use of the website www.nindri-indri.com, reservations, the purchase of gift vouchers and the use of services provided by Nindri Indri Nature Retreat (hereinafter referred to as the "Hotel" or the "Provider"). These Terms form an integral part of every agreement concluded between the Hotel and the guest.
By using the website, submitting an enquiry, making a reservation or using any of the Hotel's services, the guest confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms.

- Hotel Services
The Hotel provides accommodation in its lodges, food and beverage services, wellness services, organised experiences, events and other related services published on the website or agreed individually.
The Hotel reserves the right to modify the scope or content of its services without prior notice where required for operational, technical or safety reasons.
- Reservations
4.1 Online Reservation System
Online reservations are made through the Hotel's own or a third-party online booking system (hereinafter referred to as the "Reservation System").
The Hotel shall not be liable for technical errors, system failures, connection interruptions, incorrect price displays or availability information resulting from third-party booking systems, maintenance work, force majeure or other circumstances beyond the Hotel's control.
In the event of an obvious technical error, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend the reservation. The guest will be informed without undue delay.
Reservations may be made via the online Reservation System, e-mail or other sales channels.
A reservation is considered confirmed once the Hotel sends written confirmation by e-mail or once the required payment or deposit has been received.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse any reservation without stating a reason.
- Rates
All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Tourist tax and any other statutory charges are charged in accordance with applicable legislation.
The applicable rate is the rate confirmed at the time of booking and shall not change for confirmed reservations.
- Payment Terms
Payments may be made by:
- Credit or debit card
- Bank transfer
- Online payment system
- Cash where permitted by law
The Hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise payment cards.
- Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellation conditions depend on the selected rate and are specified at the time of booking confirmation.
In the event of late cancellation or a no-show, the Hotel reserves the right to charge cancellation fees in accordance with the applicable cancellation policy.
- Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM.
Check-out is until 11:00 AM on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, prior agreement and may incur an additional charge.
- Gift Vouchers
Digital gift vouchers are delivered by e-mail and are valid immediately upon receipt.
Printed gift vouchers are delivered by post or collected in person and become valid on the date of receipt.
Gift vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed.
- Wellness and Special Services
The use of wellness facilities is permitted only in accordance with the House Rules and staff instructions.
The Hotel reserves the right to refuse access to guests who fail to comply with the rules or who endanger their own safety or the safety of others.
10.1 Sauna Use
Sauna facilities are intended for relaxation and wellbeing and involve exposure to elevated temperatures. Guests are therefore required to exercise appropriate caution.
- Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from using the saunas.
- Guests aged 16 to 18 may use the saunas only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains present throughout the visit.
- The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor during the use of the sauna facilities.
10.2 Wellness House Rules
- Guests must follow staff instructions and use towels, footwear and swimwear in accordance with the House Rules.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, the use of wellness facilities is prohibited for guests suffering from infectious diseases or open wounds.
- Children under the age of 15 are strictly prohibited from using the saunas.
- Guests aged 16 to 18 may use the saunas only when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who remains present throughout the visit.
- The accompanying adult assumes full responsibility for the minor during the use of the wellness facilities.
- Compliance with the House Rules is mandatory. Failure to comply may result in restricted or denied access to wellness services.
The Hotel reserves the right to restrict or refuse access to wellness facilities for safety or health reasons where guests do not meet the required conditions or fail to follow staff instructions.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any health issues resulting from failure to comply with instructions, restrictions or recommendations relating to the use of wellness facilities.
- Hotel Liability
11.1 Personal Belongings
The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings except where liability is required by applicable law.
11.2 Children
At Nindri Indri, we warmly welcome guests of all generations.
The resort is designed to offer an authentic connection with nature and features open water areas, a swimming pool, multi-level terraces with steps, gardens, orchards, woodland paths and other natural elements that require particular care and attention.
For the safety of children, we kindly ask parents or accompanying adults to supervise them at all times throughout their stay. Parents or accompanying adults are solely responsible for the safety of children during their stay at the resort.
11.3 Force Majeure
The Hotel shall not be liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from force majeure.
Force majeure includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, epidemics or pandemics, illness, fire, floods, earthquakes, war, strikes, restrictions or prohibitions imposed by public authorities, border closures or any other unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Hotel's reasonable control.
In the event of force majeure, the Hotel reserves the right to cancel or amend reservations without liability for compensation.
The Hotel shall not be liable for the loss, theft or damage of guests' personal belongings except where liability is required by applicable law.
The Hotel shall not be liable for any damage arising from force majeure.
- Complaints
Guests may submit complaints verbally or in writing during their stay or no later than eight (8) days after departure.
- Intellectual Property
13.1 Photography and Video Recording
Photography and video recording may occasionally take place within the Hotel for promotional purposes, event documentation and presentation of the property.
By entering the Hotel premises, guests acknowledge that they may be incidentally included in photographs or video recordings. The Hotel undertakes to use such material respectfully and appropriately.
Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs or video recordings are kindly requested to inform the Hotel staff in advance.
All content published on the website, including texts, photographs and graphics, is protected by copyright and may not be used without the Hotel's prior written consent.
- Final Provisions
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of Slovenia.
PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy governs the collection and processing of personal data in accordance with GDPR.
COOKIE POLICY
Cookies are small text files stored on the user’s device. The website uses essential, analytical, functional, and marketing cookies with consent.
